Starting the whole wedding planning thing.

So we finally have a bit of money to do a wedding. Now I am doing the pre-marital counseling and starting the whole crazy amount of work to get a wedding in order. Thank God it is a small wedding, only about 55 guests if everyone comes. Which since alot are far away probably will not happen. Anyway I normally check here once a day but since activity here is pretty much non-exsitant and I am now busy as heck I probably will stop by once a week instead.

So I was going through old email, found the link to these boards again, and I've been shifting through the old archived RP threads, and I'm struck with an urge to RP again. But I haven't done forum role-play in so long. In fact, I've shunned it! And this place seems more than a little dead. I doubt to ever recapture the days of hitting refresh every minute and having something new to post every five, but maybe I'd be able to do a slow RP, as long as it isn't too slow....

Tasha stood on the balcony of the profits tower gazing over the side watching the colours dance across the sky as the sun rises. Tasha was always up before anyone else. For her entire 30 years at the profits tower she had enjoyed the quiet splendor of the sunrise by herself. Every day the colours were different and moved a different way. It was a reminder that even though things happen all the time that they were always different. That is how Tasha ended up here in the Profits Tower....

I think I am able to return now. I am still dealing with lawyers and court cases and it has made it hard to mourn my mother. But I think I am in a good place now to return and have a bit of fun. I hope there are some others around still. Please let me know if you are and let us get something started.

Hey all, I thought we might need a bit of a warmup to get us in the mood for writing fantasy again, so I thought I'd create this small storyline for folks to play with. The rain poured down upon the land in a deluge. It was as if the gods themselves were bailing out their sinking ships; that is if the stories about them sailing across the night sky in glittering barges was actually true or just a metaphoric tale to explain the complex philosophy of faith to small children.

Board Cleanup

This coming weekend I will begin with the board cleanup.

If there are no objections, then this is my plan for the re-organization:

major story threads - at least 4-5 pages - will be all be moved into the archives
threads with 3 pages or less will be taken on a case by case basis - if there are any particular threads you want to keep then list them here
once we've archived everything we want to keep, the remaining threads will be deleted and the empty folders...
